Custom PC Tycoon How to Find Secret Parts

Three hidden pieces, the landmarks that point to them, and why they still matter.

Secret Parts

Custom PC Tycoon hides a small set of parts off the shop floor. They are not puzzle boxes. They are walk-and-grab pickups near the stores and the storage lot. Players still miss them because the road pulls your camera toward the next electronics sign.

This page covers the three pieces the community still documents: 4TB RAM, the Secret Mouse, and the SCI-FI X9 Case. The store basement is a different secret: a Diamond shop behind an elevator, not a world pickup. Landmarks can shift after a map expand. If a route dies, trust the live terrain and check the changelog.

Bring an empty inventory slot and walk from your shed. You do not need Sunstone for these. After you pick a part up, seat it with the build and sell loop so it starts paying.

SCI-FI X9 Case

Head toward the Advanced and NextGen electronics stores. Just before you enter that lot, turn right and look for a thin wooden plank that climbs. Walk the plank, jump to the high stone, and cross the bridge. The SCI-FI X9 Case sits at the end of that path.

The case is a show-off piece. Community notes say a PC that uses it can levitate on a podium. That does not automatically make it the best income case — check the endgame tier list and PC parts before you rebuild a whole row around it. Keep it if you like the look and the income is close.

4TB RAM

Walk toward the Storage Unit. When the fast road strips bend, turn with them instead of entering the unit. Follow until you see a fallen tree over a pond, propped on a rock. The 4TB RAM sits under the highest stretch of that tree.

RAM only helps a finished PC. If your motherboard still has empty sticks, this pickup is free value. If the board is already full of better shop RAM, bank the 4TB as a spare for a second podium clone. The early-game tier list will tell you whether to keep it in the main spec.

Secret Mouse

Go behind the Advanced Electronics Store and walk as far as the rocks allow. An angel-like NPC named Isabel stands there. The Secret Mouse sits in front of her. Talking to Isabel is optional; it does not complete a quest for the item.

The mouse is a desk peripheral, not a workbench part. It belongs on a desk setup after you unlock floor two. If you have not bought a desk yet, keep the mouse in inventory and follow desks and servers. Community notes mention an Among Us-style button look. That is flavor, not a second secret.

How to spend the time

Do this hunt after your first complete PC is on a podium, not before. A new player who wanders the pond for twenty minutes with no tick running falls behind a player who bought podium two. The make money guide is the better first hour.

If you play with friends on the same server, split the three landmarks and trade screenshots. The pickups are per player; you are not stealing someone else’s case.

Event shops (Santa, eggs, candy) add limited parts that are not “hidden” in the same way. Those sit on seasonal counters. Track them on events, not on this page.

Need the shop versions of these slots? Use PC parts and desk setups. Need the Settings box after a creator drops a new code for a hidden-style part? Use the Codes Hub. Official map talk lives on the links page.

When a landmark moves

Map expands have shifted the Advanced lot and the pond before. If the plank is gone, walk the new fence line and look up. Hidden cases like high ground. If the fallen tree is missing, search the water edge near Storage, not the shop door. Isabel’s rocks stay behind Advanced more often than they move. Screenshot your find so you can return after a rejoin.

Do not trade these parts in chat for trust deals. They are account-bound pickups. Seat the case and RAM with build and sell, seat the mouse on a desk, then go back to make money. A secret hunt is a side quest, not a replacement for podium two.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How many secret parts are in Custom PC Tycoon?

The community still documents three standing pickups: 4TB RAM, the Secret Mouse, and the SCI-FI X9 Case. Events add separate limited shop parts.

Do secret parts work on podiums?

The case and RAM go into a normal PC. The Secret Mouse is a desk peripheral. Seat each in the correct slot before you expect income.

Can the SCI-FI X9 Case levitate a PC?

Community notes say a podium PC that uses the case can float. Treat that as a visual trait, then compare income with shop cases.

Do I need to talk to Isabel?

No. The Secret Mouse is on the ground in front of her. Dialogue is optional.
